What is your minimum opening order and/or minimum re-order?
We are a wholesale company selling only to the trade. Minimum opening order with Enmon is $300.00 and our minimum re-order amount is $100.00. There will be a $10.00 service charge for re-orders under the minimum.

Can Enmon make a product with my logo on it?
We offer a wide selection of products that can be made with your logo. Our minimum quantities, set-up charges (where applicable) and delivery times vary for each product. We normally require 6 - 8 weeks for production and shipping from the time a sample is approved. Please call 1-800-889-0236 for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card shipments are not billed until the day of shipment. We also offer net 30 terms with approved credit.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We always try to keep all items in-stock and many times orders can be shipped the same day it is placed. Many of our items are assembled in our Denton warehouse which can sometimes lead to a longer lead time, especially during peak seasons. We carry a large assortment of products, so sometimes backorders can occur. We will only cancel backorders at the customer request up to that time or if they fall under $20.00. - please change the $20.00 to $50.00. Thanks!

What shipping method do you use?
We ship via FedEx unless otherwise specified by the customer or if shipment weight dictates another carrier.

What do I do if I need to return an item?
All merchandise must be returned in original condition no later than 30 days after the invoice date and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns except for those returns deemed defective or merchandise shipped in error. All return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer (except for defects and merchandise shipped in error) and must be sent via a courier that issues tracking identification. Shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise
